What is the use of URL Shortner ?
Shortened links allow you to share long URLs in a Tweet while maintaining the maximum number of characters for your message.
Having a link shortener is used to better protect users from malicious sites that engage in spreading malware, phishing attacks, and other harmful activity. A link converted by Twitter’s link service is checked against a list of potentially dangerous sites. Users are warned with the error message below when clicking on potentially harmful URLs.
These link link services measures information such as how many times a link has been clicked, which is an important quality signal in determining how relevant and interesting each Tweet is when compared to similar Tweets.

How to use t.co ?
Type or paste a URL into the Tweet box on Twitter.com.

How can I get right mark besides to my account in Twitter ?
Verified accounts only gets the right mark just besides the accounts.
Twitter Verifies the accounts to establish authenticity of identities on Twitter. Twitter do not accept requests for verification from the general public.
Twitter proactively verifies accounts on an ongoing basis to make it easier for users to find who they’re looking for.
Why hasn’t my account been verified?
If you think you meet the criteria for verification and have not yet received a badge, please be patient. Twitter will work within key interest areas to verify accounts that are sought after by other Twitter users.
And by the by twitter don’t accept verification requests from the general public, but they encourage you to continue using Twitter in a meaningful way, and you may be verified in the future.
How can I show my account is authentic?
Linking to your Twitter profile from an official website is the easiest way to confirm the authenticity of your Twitter account. Including Twitter’s follow button on your webpage is the absolute best way to do this.
