Party invite email template in company or organization -- if some other team has invited our team to join then inform to our team

Hi All,

Following on from their regular Friday night tradition, Team name1 are organizing a Block/Floor2 wide Wine / Beer O'clock, plus are having disco dance this Friday.

They’d like us all to participate in this tomorrow (date), so have invited us to join them.

For this, it would be great if between teams, we all chip in for our drink of choice: Beer, Wine, soft drinks; plus a few nibbles: crisps and apparently cheese and biscuits go down particularly well.

They’ll organise dance program in their area and would like us to join them too.

Please bring a few quid in tomorrow and we can get involved.
